Terms & Conditions

1. Interpretation

In these terms, the following words carry specific meanings:

• "Arrangement" means the rental agreement confirmed between you and Voxara, covering vehicle, plan type, rental period, and applicable charges.
• "Plan" refers to the selected rental tier: Adjustable Daily Plan, Adjustable Weekly Plan, or Adjustable Monthly Plan.
• "Rental Period" means the period from the confirmed handover date to the agreed return date, as modified by any extensions or early returns.
• "Vehicle" means the car assigned to you for the duration of the arrangement.
• "Coordinator" refers to the Voxara team member assigned to manage your arrangement under the Monthly Plan.

2. Rental Arrangement

An arrangement is considered confirmed once Voxara has communicated written or verbal confirmation to you, including the agreed vehicle, plan, rental period, and applicable charges. Until such confirmation is provided, no binding arrangement exists.

Voxara reserves the right to decline an arrangement request where the requested vehicle is unavailable, eligibility requirements are not met, or there are other reasonable operational reasons for doing so.

3. Eligibility

To enter into a rental arrangement with Voxara, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of the arrangement
• Hold a valid Malaysian driving licence, or a foreign driving licence recognised under Malaysian law
• Provide valid proof of identity when requested
• Not have a current driving disqualification or a history that Voxara reasonably considers a relevant risk

Voxara may request supporting documents prior to confirming an arrangement. You agree to provide these promptly and accurately.

4. Pricing & Payment

Charges for each plan are as follows (inclusive of standard inclusions):

• Adjustable Daily Plan: RM 510 per day
• Adjustable Weekly Plan: RM 1,900 per week
• Adjustable Monthly Plan: RM 4,500 per month

All charges are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Voxara will confirm the total payable for your arrangement before it is finalised. Charges for plan extensions are calculated at the applicable plan rate and communicated to you in advance.

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of arrangement. Voxara may require a deposit or advance payment depending on the plan and duration selected.

5. Extensions & Plan Changes

One of the features of our service is the ability to extend your rental period or adjust your arrangement by phone or direct coordination. The following conditions apply:

Daily Plan

Extensions may be requested by calling us directly. Extension requests are subject to vehicle availability and must be made before the scheduled return time.

Weekly Plan

Extensions of up to four additional weeks may be arranged. Each extension is subject to confirmation and applicable charges at the weekly plan rate.

Monthly Plan

Extensions are available and will be discussed with your assigned coordinator at the monthly end-of-period review. Early-return options are also available — please refer to Section 6.

In all cases, Voxara cannot guarantee an extension if the vehicle has been allocated to another arrangement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests with timely notice.

6. Early Return

Early return of the vehicle is accepted under the Monthly Plan. If you return the vehicle before the end of the confirmed rental period, charges will be adjusted based on the actual duration of use, subject to a minimum rental period that will be confirmed at the time of arrangement.

For Daily and Weekly Plans, early return does not entitle you to a credit or reduction in the agreed charge unless separately agreed with Voxara in writing.

7. Vehicle Use

The vehicle assigned to you is provided for personal or business use within Peninsular Malaysia, unless a wider area of use is specifically agreed in writing.

You agree not to:

• Allow any person other than named and agreed drivers to operate the vehicle
• Use the vehicle for any purpose that contravenes Malaysian road traffic laws
• Transport hazardous materials or use the vehicle in a manner that could cause damage beyond normal wear
• Take the vehicle outside agreed usage areas without prior written approval
• Sublet or otherwise transfer use of the vehicle to another party

You are responsible for any road traffic fines, tolls, or parking charges incurred during the rental period.

8. Vehicle Condition & Damage

At the time of handover, Voxara will note the vehicle's condition. You are expected to return the vehicle in the same condition, allowing for normal use.

You are responsible for:

• Damage caused during the rental period beyond normal wear and tear
• Loss or damage to accessories, keys, or documents provided with the vehicle
• Costs associated with vehicle recovery if the vehicle is disabled due to misuse

In the event of an accident or damage, you must notify Voxara promptly and provide a full account of the incident. Voxara will advise on next steps, including any applicable recovery or repair process.

9. Handover

Vehicle handover will be conducted at a location agreed between you and Voxara. A standard handover includes a walkthrough of the vehicle's condition, confirmation of inclusions, and a review of the arrangement terms.

Under the Monthly Plan, a mid-period and end-of-period coordinator review may be scheduled to discuss any adjustments, servicing status, or extension preferences.

You are expected to return the vehicle at the agreed time and location. Late returns without prior communication may incur additional charges at the applicable daily rate.

10. Liability

Voxara takes reasonable care to provide vehicles in good working order. However, Voxara does not accept liability for:

• Loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from vehicle use
• Delays or disruptions to your plans caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these terms limits Voxara's liability where such limitation is not permitted by Malaysian law, including in relation to personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Cancellation

If you need to cancel a confirmed arrangement, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable charges, will be communicated at the time your arrangement is confirmed.

Voxara reserves the right to cancel an arrangement in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle unavailability due to safety concerns, inaccurate information provided at the time of booking, or a change in the eligibility of the renter. In such cases, any advance payments received will be returned to you.

12. Privacy & Data

By entering into an arrangement with Voxara, you acknowledge that we will collect and use your personal information in connection with the rental. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of our commitment to you under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to a rental arrangement with Voxara will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We encourage you to contact us in the first instance if any concern arises. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concern fairly and promptly.
