How do I extend my rental period?
For the Daily Plan, a phone call to our team is all it takes to arrange an extension. Weekly and Monthly plans include scheduled check-ins where extensions can be discussed. We keep the process simple — there's no need to come into the office just to adjust a date.
What vehicles are available under each plan?
The Daily Plan provides a compact-class vehicle, the Weekly Plan is suited for standard or mid-size vehicles, and the Monthly Plan includes a premium-class option. The exact vehicle available depends on current inventory, which our team will confirm when you enquire.
Can I return the vehicle before my plan ends?
The Monthly Plan includes an early-return option built into the arrangement. For Daily and Weekly plans, early returns can be discussed with your coordinator, and any relevant adjustments to the arrangement will be handled case by case.
What does the handover process involve?
All plans include a documented vehicle handover. We walk through the vehicle's condition together, confirm what's included, and provide a written summary. Monthly plan clients also receive a vehicle-readiness checklist before receiving the keys.
What's included in the Monthly Plan's servicing?
The Monthly Plan includes one standard servicing during the rental period. This covers basic maintenance checks to keep the vehicle in suitable condition throughout your arrangement. The timing is coordinated by your assigned coordinator to minimise any disruption to your use.
Where is the handover location?
Our base is at 41 Jalan Sentul Pasar, 51000 Kuala Lumpur. Handover arrangements within the city can be discussed at the time of enquiry. We'll do our best to agree on a location that's practical for you.
