A Process Designed Around Adjustable Periods
Each Voxara arrangement starts with an enquiry — either by phone or through our contact form. We ask about your intended period, your location in KL, and which plan category you're considering. From there, the coordinator assigned to your rental confirms vehicle availability, goes through the arrangement terms, and schedules the handover at a location that works for you.
Once the rental begins, the coordinator stays available for period adjustments, mid-rental check-ins (on weekly and monthly plans), and any practical questions that come up. The arrangement ends with a documented return and, for monthly clients, a structured end-of-period review.

Plan 01
Adjustable Daily Plan
From RM 510
An adjustable plan in the compact class, designed for situations where the exact duration isn't settled. Daily extensions can be arranged through a phone call — no need to visit the office or submit a new booking. A standard vehicle handover is included, and a mid-period review is available on request if your needs change during the rental.

Adjustable Weekly Plan
From RM 1,900
A weekly plan with a sliding extension option of up to four weeks in total. Designed for clients whose plans are likely to shift mid-rental — whether that's a work engagement that runs longer, a relocation that takes more time, or a personal arrangement that evolves. A regular weekly check-in with your coordinator is included to keep the arrangement well-managed throughout.

Adjustable Monthly Plan
From RM 4,500
A monthly arrangement with flexible extension and early-return options built in. Comes with a premium-class vehicle, one standard servicing during the period, and a coordinator who reviews the arrangement at month's end. Suited to clients with ongoing transport needs who want more than a standard rental but less commitment than an ownership arrangement.

Standards Applied to Every Arrangement
Regardless of plan, these practices apply to every Voxara rental from enquiry to return.
Written Arrangement Summary
Every rental begins with a written summary of the agreed terms, period, price, and vehicle details. Both parties work from the same document.
Pre-Handover Vehicle Check
Each vehicle is inspected before handover. A condition report is documented and shared with the client at the time of collection.
Privacy and Data Care
Client information collected during the arrangement is kept only as long as needed and is not shared with outside parties except where required to complete the rental.
Direct Contact During Rental
Your coordinator remains accessible throughout the period. Questions and period adjustment requests are handled directly — no automated queuing.
Consistent Extension Process
Period adjustments follow the same documented process regardless of when they're requested. Clients know what to expect when circumstances change.
KL-Based Operations
We operate within Kuala Lumpur. Handover locations within the city are discussed at enquiry — clients don't have to travel far to collect or return the vehicle.
