How Voxara Came Together
Voxara was set up in Kuala Lumpur by a small group of people who had worked in vehicle logistics and fleet management for years. The consistent frustration they heard from individuals and small businesses was that standard rental terms were too rigid — you either committed to a fixed period or you didn't rent at all.
The idea behind Voxara was straightforward: build a rental arrangement where the duration is a starting point, not a hard boundary. If your project runs longer, you extend. If your plans change, you return early. The period should serve the person, not the paperwork.
Operating from Sentul, Kuala Lumpur, we work directly with each client to set up the arrangement that makes sense for their situation. We keep the team deliberately small so that every rental involves someone who knows the details of your particular plan — not a call centre script.

Pre-Handover Inspection
Every vehicle goes through a documented condition check before being handed over. A written summary is provided to the client at the time of collection.
Scheduled Servicing
Monthly plan clients receive one standard servicing during their arrangement, coordinated to suit their usage schedule with minimal interruption.
Written Arrangement Summary
Each plan starts with a written summary covering period, pricing, vehicle details, and any agreed conditions. No hidden clauses, no small-print surprises.
Responsive Check-Ins
Coordinators are reachable during office hours for plan changes, queries, and extension requests. No queuing through automated systems.
Data Handling
Client details collected during the arrangement process are handled with care. We do not share personal information with third parties beyond what is necessary for the rental.

Flexible Car Rental, Handled Directly
Voxara operates in the Kuala Lumpur area with a focus on car rental arrangements that adapt to the client's schedule. Whether the need is a daily compact vehicle for a project, a weekly arrangement during a relocation, or a monthly plan for ongoing use, each rental is handled by a named coordinator rather than passed through a generic booking system.
Our daily plan suits individuals whose timeline is uncertain — the period starts at one day and can be extended by phone. The weekly arrangement is structured around clients whose plans are likely to shift mid-rental, with a sliding extension window of up to four weeks. The monthly plan is suited to longer-term users who want a well-maintained premium vehicle and a coordinator who stays in regular contact throughout the period.
All our pricing is stated clearly. RM 510 for a daily plan, RM 1,900 for a weekly arrangement, and RM 4,500 for a monthly plan. There are no hidden add-ons, and the terms of each arrangement are explained before any agreement is reached. We believe that a rental arrangement works best when both sides understand exactly what they've agreed to.
We are based at 41 Jalan Sentul Pasar, 51000 Kuala Lumpur. Clients who prefer to discuss arrangements in person are welcome to visit during office hours. For most enquiries, phone or email works just as well, and our coordinators aim to respond within one business day.
